The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager:
Joint clinical responsibility of our stable 64-bed Montana aged care home in Mosman
Provide sound clinical leadership; mentor and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care
Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care
Nurturing, visible and approachable leader who mentors staff and reinforces best practice
Confident, passionate and calm people person who enjoys interacting with staff and consumers
Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and with a proven ability maintaining compliance in clinical practice
Committed to person-centred, relationship-based care, consistently upholding the dignity, respect, and individual preferences of older people
