A Maze'N Things, part of The Park Lane Group, is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to support the venue and lead frontline teams on busy days. You'll coach staff, train current hires, and help ensure smooth operations across Attractions, F&B;, Retail and Cleaning.
You will often be on the floor, resolving issues, maintaining safety and presentation standards, and driving practical improvements to guest experience. Availability across weekdays, weekends and holidays is required.
