The role
We are seeking a Salesperson to join our dynamic and growing team.
In this role, you will help small businesses access the funding they need to grow, including sourcing and structuring finance solutions, managing relationships with lenders, and providing expert advice to clients.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for business owners seeking finance
Analyse each client's needs and financial position to develop tailored funding solutions
Source and negotiate finance options from our panel of 95+ lenders
Monitor market trends and changes in lending policies to ensure clients have access to the best options available
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, ensuring access to competitive rates and terms
Provide clear advice and guidance to clients on their finance options, including repayment structures, costs and the impact on their business
Work closely with our credit,



operations and settlements teams to ensure a rapid, smooth funding process for clients
Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and responsible lending obligations
Continuously seek opportunities to improve our processes and enhance the client experience
Qualifications and skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in a phone-based sales role
Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, business finance products and services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business financials and solve complex problems
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals
Proficient in MS Office, CRMs and other cloud-based software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
