Are you looking to take the next step in your IT Service Management career?
We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking
two Junior ITSM Support Analysts
to support and enhance key ITIL service management processes within a secure environment.
These permanent positions offer the opportunity to work closely with operational and technical teams, driving process improvement and service delivery outcomes across critical ICT services.
Change, Release & Configuration Experience
Support and maintain Change Management processes
Assist with Release Management activities and governance
Contribute to Configuration Management and CMDB accuracy
Identify opportunities for process improvement and compliance uplift
Incident & Request Management Experience
Support Incident and Major Incident Management processes
Monitor and report on service performance and trends
Assist with Request Management workflows and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with service desk and operational teams to improve customer outcomes
About You
Experience supporting ITSM or ITIL-based environments
Understanding of core ITSM disciplines such as Change, Incident, Release, Configuration or Request Management




Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to work within a secure government or enterprise environment
Essential Requirements
Current NV2 Security Clearance
2 Years experience
Ability to work onsite in Canberra
