Defence Maintenance Contract | Robertson Barracks, DarwinVentia is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Planner to lead maintenance planning and trade repair operations at Robertson Barracks. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll lead a team of six and play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, prioritised and delivered efficiently across a major Defence site.About The Role Lead maintenance planning and scheduling across Robertson BarracksManage a team of 2 Planners, 3 Trade Repair Officers and an AdministratorOversee external trade repair contractors and performance outcomesDrive work order management, prioritisation and continuous improvementPartner with Defence stakeholders and site leadership to support operational deliveryUtilise CMMS systems and data to optimise maintenance performance and reporting About YouYou will bring: Experience leading maintenance planning,



scheduling or technical teamsStrong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience managing planned and reactive maintenance programsAdvanced Excel and CMMS capability (SAP highly desirable)Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skillsExperience within Defence or Maintenance environments is highly regarded.
