The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, possess strong automotive industry experience, and be highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Sales TeamProcess vehicle sales documentation accurately and efficientlyCoordinate vehicle registrations, deliveries, and stock movementsMaintain accurate customer and vehicle recordsLiaise with customers, dealers, and internal departmentsAssist with reporting,



compliance, and sales administration activitiesKey Requirements:Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a Sales Administration or similar rolePrevious experience in the automotive industry is essentialStrong technical like excel and system skills, good at analytical skilss, with the ability to quickly learn recent platforms and processesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commitment, reliability, and accountabilityAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience as a Stock Controller will be highly regardedApply today, interview ASAP, and Offer next week.
