With a collaborative and family-friendly culture, the business offers a supportive environment where people work closely together, share knowledge and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.About the RoleThis maternity leave contract presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a collaborative finance team and make an immediate contribution.Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work closely with both finance and operational stakeholders, taking ownership of financial reporting, compliance and month-end activities across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly financial statements and management reportsOwnership of month-end and year-end reporting processesRevenue reporting and balance sheet reconciliationsPreparation of tax and compliance workpapersBAS, Payroll Tax and FBT complianceAudit preparation and supportBank reconciliations and cashflow reportingProviding guidance to an offshore accounting resourcePartnering with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate financial reportingContributing to process improvement initiatives and finance projectsAbout YouYou are a technically strong Financial Accountant who enjoys being part of a team,
