We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team in Airport West, Victoria. This is a critical leadership role for a hands‐on, proactive finance leader who thrives on influencing outcomes, building robust relationships, and driving business performance, reporting directly to the Managing Director with a dotted-line relationship to the Group CFO.What you'll be doing Providing strategic financial leadership and support to the business divisions, ensuring alignment with the overall organisational goalsDrive performance through proactive business partnering, identifying risks, opportunities and actionable solutionsAnalysing financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitabilityTrack financial performance, including revenue, margins and cost driversCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective financial strategiesLead and oversee month-end reporting across multiple entities (P& L, WIP, balance sheet, KPIs and cash flow)Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controlsMentoring and developing the finance team to build a high‐performing, customer‐focused functionNegotiating and managing complex commercial agreements and contractsEnsuring compliance with relevant laws,
