Associate or Senior Associate | Commercial Litigation Location: Sydney We are excited to be partnering with a premier, market-leading law firm to find a talented lawyer to join their top-tier Disputes & Investigations practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading Partners and an interdisciplinary team on complex, high-value, and significant legal matters. In this role you play a pivotal role in advising clients across a range of complex areas,



including commercial and contractual disputes; regulatory inquiries and investigations; corporate crime and internal investigations; class actions and arbitration; public inquiries, coronial inquests, and commissions; and projects and infrastructure disputes. You In order to be considered, you will bring a background in commercial litigation, gained within a large national or international law firm.

We are also interested in professionals with a combination of private practice and court experience. You must have a demonstrable capability of managing larger, complex matters while proactively developing client relationships and participating in business development.
