The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded Adelaide architectural practice to appoint an Education Lead, offering an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within an established and collaborative design studio.

With a strong portfolio spanning early learning, schools, tertiary and specialist education facilities, the practice has built longstanding relationships and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, innovative, and sustainable design outcomes.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will play an influential role in shaping the practice's education offering, balancing design excellence with commercial awareness and strong client engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project delivery.
- Building on established client relationships and identifying new opportunities.




- Providing design leadership and strategic direction across the portfolio.
- Mentoring and developing others within the studio.
- Contributing to business development and the broader growth of the practice.

About You

We are seeking an experienced architectural professional who brings strong leadership capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to build genuine, lasting relationships.

Experience within the education sector would be highly regarded, particularly given the practice's established client partnerships and project pipeline. However, we are equally interested in speaking with accomplished professionals from other sectors who bring strong design leadership, exceptional client engagement skills, and a genuine interest in education architecture.
