Term 1 kicks off right around the time baby turtles make their dash for the sea on Bundy’s beaches.

Science teachers, your lesson hooks write themselves. Maths teachers, the numbers add up too.

So what about the school?
This is a co-ed day school that looks after students from the early years right through to Year 12, and it’s built a reputation as one of the stronger performers among regional schools in Queensland.

The results are only part of the picture. The school takes a whole-student view, with curiosity, service and a global outlook all given real airtime, and students are encouraged to give back to the community around them.

Staff talk about a place that values community, service and hardworking people who care.

You’ll be joining a mix of locals and teachers who have moved from interstate and overseas, swapping their old postcodes for beaches and a relaxed lifestyle.

What they have in common is a love of the sense of community and care here.

Why come through us
We’ve been local for 11 years, it costs you nothing, and you’ll deal with a real person.

Expect honest advice on the school and the town (even when the answer is “not quite right”), proper interview prep with tools to back it up, and a warm introduction to the school rather than a CV in a pile. If this one isn’t the one, we’ve got other schools to talk about.

Ask us about the school, the town and whether the ginger beer lives up to the hype. We’ll be honest on all three.

Moving from overseas? Welcome. QCT registration is your step to take, and we’ll point you to where to start.

What Next
We’ve done most of the working out. You’re the answer we’re looking for.
