Hays has partnered with a reputable organisation seeking an experienced Recruitment & Resourcing Coordinator to provide additional support to their busy team. This is an initial 3-month temporary contract offering the opportunity to join an established organisation and make an immediate impact.

Your new role

This is a varied recruitment support opportunity where you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and onboarding candidates across a busy blue-collar workforce.
Working closely with the wider recruitment team, you will support the full candidate journey, from developing sourcing strategies and advertising vacancies through to screening, compliance and onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and managing engaging recruitment advertising across SEEK and other sourcing channels
- Proactively sourcing candidates and developing talent pipelines for current and future requirements
- Supporting high-volume blue-collar recruitment campaigns
- Conducting initial candidate screening and assessing suitability
- Developing sourcing strategies to reach suitable candidates in challenging markets
- Coordinating candidate onboarding, pre-employment checks and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring documentation is completed prior to commencement




- Building positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting. You will ideally have previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, workforce coordination or high-volume administration.
You'll also bring:

- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
- Experience sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- An understanding of recruitment compliance and onboarding processes
- Previous exposure to blue-collar trades, labour hire or high-volume recruitment would be highly regarded
