Build something special from day one. We are looking for a Head Chef to lead a small team in a newly built Venue on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

3 days trade at this point in time. Small menu offering through supported menu development.

1. 40 hours with potential for full time progression.

Summer trial period Dec- March.

Full kitchen operations and management.
Salary negotiable.
