Corporate & Institutional KYC | 12-month contract

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading global financial services organisation within a major KYC and client data migration program.

Rate: $400-420 per day + super
Start date: ASAP
Location: Sydney CBD

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

- Completing end-to-end KYC data and document verification for accounts undergoing migration
- Reviewing client information for accuracy, completeness and consistency across systems
- Identifying missing information, documentation gaps and data discrepancies
- Assessing AML risk scenarios and escalating matters where required
- Supporting stakeholders with KYC documentation and account-specific queries
- Proactively following up outstanding cases and documentation
- Maintaining accurate checklists, procedures and project tracking
- Supporting the smooth migration of client accounts onto new platforms

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience across KYC, CDD, client onboarding, periodic review or KYC remediation
- Strong working knowledge of KYC/CIP and AML/CTF requirements
- Experience reviewing complex client documentation and identifying discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills




- Ability to manage competing priorities withina fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Previous financial services experience

Important: Corporate / Institutional KYC experience required
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience handling corporate, institutional or complex entity KYC/client onboarding.
Candidates whose KYC experience is solely within retail banking or individual consumer customer environments will not be suitable for this position.
