Your new role

Working as part of the EPCM delivery team, you'll support one of Australia's largest copper growth programs in South Australia, spanning major underground mine expansions and processing infrastructure projects. Working across a portfolio of projects at various stages of the lifecycle, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering electrical engineering solutions from concept through to execution, ensuring designs are safe, practical and fit for purpose.
- Preparing, reviewing and technically verifying engineering calculations, drawings, documentation and other project deliverables.
- Participating in project reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPs and Safety in Design workshops, identifying and addressing electrical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating electrical activities across multiple concurrent projects, including scope, deliverables, schedules, technical queries and changes.
- Working closely with clients, project managers, designers and multidisciplinary engineering teams, providing technical guidance and supporting the successful delivery of each project.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering, with substantial experience delivering electrical engineering solutions in complex project environments.




- Strong experience within an EPC/EPCM or engineering consultancy environment, with exposure across different stages of the project lifecycle.
- Broad electrical design experience across LV and HV systems, including switchgear, MCCs, cable systems, earthing and electrical equipment.
- Sound knowledge of electrical calculations, protection systems, relay settings and Australian electrical standards, with experience preparing and reviewing technical engineering documentation and drawings.
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
