A growing, boutique private wealth management firm based in Manly is seeking an experienced Private Wealth Associate to join their close-knit team. If you have a background in administration or client services within financial planning, wealth management, or a platform provider, this is an exceptional opportunity to step into a stable, rewarding role supporting a dynamic business.

As a Private Wealth Associate, you will play a pivotal part in managing daily operations, collaborating directly with the advisory team, and ensuring our client’s high-net-worth individuals receive a seamless, premium service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Platform Administration: Process transactions, corporate actions, and establish recent accounts across major wrap platforms.
- Client Onboarding & Compliance: Manage applications, coordinate KYC verification, and ensure accurate record maintenance for our client’s accounts.
- Regulatory Documentation: Prepare, execute, and monitor annual fee consents and ongoing fee renewals.
- Adviser Support: Work side-by-side with private client advisors on comprehensive meeting preparation, document gathering, and post-review execution.
- Client Engagement: Act as a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming first point of contact for our client’s valued network.

What We’re Looking For

- Industry Experience:



Proven administration or client services experience within wealth management, financial planning, or an investment platform provider (essential).
- Experience Level: Ideally, a few years of previous client services experience in financial planning or private wealth is (highly regarded).
- Technical Skills: Prior hands-on experience navigating wealth platforms and modern CRM ecosystems—such as Netwealth, HUB24, FinClear, or Dynamics 365—is (highly regarded).
- Communication Skills: Must possess exceptionally strong communication skills, spanning across in-person interactions, written correspondence, and verbal communication.
- Core Strengths: Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine pride in delivering a client-first experience.
