About the Role:

They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor to join their team on an $80M hospital project in the Pilbara.

The new hospital will deliver significant improvements to regional healthcare services, including a new emergency department, contemporary primary care facilities, a four-bed inpatient ward, and dedicated dental and pathology services.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a major regional healthcare development while working with an experienced project team.

The position is FIFO to the Pilbara on a 15:6 roster,



with all accommodation and associated bills provided while in the Pilbara. A company vehicle and fuel are also included in the package.

The successful candidate will work with established construction systems, including Hammertech and Procore.

Key Requirements:

- Trade-qualified carpenter preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
- Previous experience working for a commercial building main contractor.
- Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+.
- Robust understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination and site safety.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience delivering projects in regional or remote environments highly regarded.
- Previous hospital or healthcare construction experience advantageous.
- Experience using Hammertech and Procore beneficial.
