Celotti Workforce is currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators for ongoing civil projects across the South Brisbane and Ipswich region. Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators skilled across a range of civil construction works, including:

- Operating excavators on civil subdivision and infrastructure projects.
- Pipe crew and drainage works, including trenching, pipe installation and backfilling.
- Excavating trenches for stormwater, sewer and underground services.
- Working alongside pipelayers and ground crews to ensure accurate pipe placement and installation.
- Roadworks, including bulk earthworks, trenching, battering and site preparation.
- Operators skilled in GPS operations, final trim and working to levels and site plans - highly regarded.
- General excavation, loading trucks and site preparation.
- Maintaining safe and efficient machine operation around ground crews and existing services.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years' excavator operating experience in civil construction.
- Experience across pipe crew, drainage, roadworks or civil subdivision projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site operations.
- GPS and final trim experience highly regarded.
- RII Excavator ticket.
- White Card.
- Solid civil background.




- Reliable, committed and a good work ethic.
- Drivers Licence – HR highly desirable.
