Your new Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end payroll services across a complex workforce. Working within a supportive and high-performing payroll function, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, legislative compliance and exceptional stakeholder service.
Key responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end payroll processing across a large, multi-site workforce
- Managing payroll variations including leave, allowances, deductions, terminations and employee lifecycle changes
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation and relevant industrial instruments
- Interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Completing payroll reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee enquiries
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and providing expert payroll advice
- Contributing to payroll process improvements and system efficiencies

What you'll need to succeed





- Extensive end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation
- Experience managing high-volume payrolls across complex environments
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, taxation and superannuation
- Proven experience interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Advanced reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to payroll delivery
