Drafting Senior/Manager | Custom Homes | ArchiCAD only
Previous experience with a residential new home builder and strong ArchiCAD skills are essential. Applicants without both cannot be shortlisted. Architectural practice or design studio experience alone will not be considered.

The Opportunity

Our client is a boutique custom home builder based, specialising in high-end single and double-storey homes, spanning some of Perth's most desirable residential areas.

This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of the drafting function, oversee systems and processes, and mentor an existing Draftsperson.

Genuine flexibility around working hours is available, including accommodating school drop-offs and pick-ups.

The Role

- Oversee drafting systems, processes and documentation standards.
- Produce concept plans and full working drawings in ArchiCAD.




- Design bespoke homes and renovations.
- Mentor and support the existing Draftsperson.
- Work closely with construction to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
- 80% custom work drafting and 20% management of mentoring staff, systems and process development.
