CDA Eastland Trade Supplies is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Branch Assistant to join our friendly team in Underwood.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping busy, working with people and getting stuck into a range of different tasks throughout the day.
You'll be part of a close-knit team of seven, helping with everything from preparing customer orders and organising stock to serving trade customers at the counter. No two days are quite the same, and everyone works together to keep the branch running smoothly.

You don't need to know everything about our products from day one. If you're reliable, willing to learn and enjoy being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll enjoy a good mix of hands-on warehouse work and customer interaction, including:

- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for collection and delivery.
- Receiving deliveries, unloading stock and keeping the warehouse organised.
- Helping trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
- Processing orders, invoices and delivery paperwork.
- Learning about our products and helping customers find what they need.
- Pitching in with general branch duties and supporting your teammates.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's dependable, easy to get along with and happy to roll up their sleeves.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in warehousing, customer service, trade sales or a similar hands-on role.
- A current forklift licence and Class C driver's licence.
- A friendly, helpful approach and confidence speaking with customers.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised when things get busy.
- A willingness to help out wherever needed and learn new skills.
- The ability to safely undertake physical work, including lifting products up to 20kg.

Experience with fasteners,



construction supplies, industrial products or trade wholesale would be a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and an interest in becoming a valued, long-term member of the team.
