- Part Time or Full Time role (30-38 hours per week)

- Span of hours 8am to 5pm during the week, with exact start/finishing time to be agreed

Your key responsibilities (training can be provided):

- Health assessments & chronic disease care planning

- Childhood & adult immunisations

- Wound care & assisting with minor procedures (e.g., skin excisions)

- Cannulation & Iron infusions (training provided if needed)

- ECGs, ABIs, spirometry, and infection control

- Patient triage and treatment room management

- My Health Record and reminder systems support

- Stock and inventory management

- Active contribution to a collaborative team approach and ongoing quality improvement

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds current RN registration with AHPRA

- Brings strong communication, time management, and clinical skills

- Has a warm, proactive and professional approach

- Is confident working in a team-oriented and cooperative setting

- Is familiar with Best Practice software (not essential)

- Has a genuine passion for patient-centred care and preventative health
