- Mentor junior consultants and help shape commercial advisory methodologies, tools, and thought leadership
- Find and grow client relationships to support business development and repeat work
Key Requirements

- Proven track record structuring or advising on PPAs, offtake agreements, or wholesale energy contracts
- Strong understanding of NEM structure, AEMO market operations, and the regulatory framework

and contracting approaches
- Familiarity with REC and LGC markets and the related compliance requirements
- Confident client manager who builds trust quickly and can influence senior decision-makers
- Excellent communicator who can turn complex market dynamics into clear, commercial advice
- Structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines
- Team-oriented working style, with the ability to work across technical, commercial, and delivery teams
Highly regarded:
- A background in management consulting, energy advisory, or professional services
- Hands-on trading, portfolio management, or origination experience
- Exposure to project finance, M&A;, or capital raising in the energy sector
