Have you led a payroll or superannuation remediation project within the APS? We’re looking for an experienced EL1 Project Manager to lead a complex superannuation review, resolve historical underpayments and classification issues and drive the project through to delivery.

What we really needYou’ll bring:

- Strong payroll remediation experience, ideally within the APS
- A solid understanding of superannuation, underpayments and employee entitlements
- Experience across audit, compliance and remediation
- Proven EL1-level project governance, risk and reporting
- Confidence providing clear advice to senior executives and stakeholders
- Experience working with government bodies such as the ATO, CSC or Finance, or similar regulatory stakeholders
- The ability to take ownership, manage competing priorities and keep a complex project moving

The roleYou’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of the superannuation remediation project, including:





- Resolving superannuation underpayments and misclassification issues
- Driving project milestones, governance, risk and reporting
- Preparing executive briefs and recommendations
- Coordinating affected employee communications and stakeholder engagement
- Leading a small project team
- Managing external advisers and consultancy arrangements
