Contracts & Procurement Advisor

Join a major project team and play a key role supporting both procurement and contract management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Administer contracts and subcontracts from award through to close-out
- Support sourcing, tendering and procurement activities
- Manage variations, claims and contractual correspondence
- Review progress claims, purchase orders and payment schedules
- Maintain contract registers and commercial documentation
- Assist with supplier and subcontractor engagement
- Support cost tracking, reporting and compliance activities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You
- Experience in procurement, contracts administration or commercial project roles
- Understanding of tendering, sourcing and subcontract management processes
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail




- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
