8-month Labour Hire Contract | Baseline Clearance | Payroll Remediation, Audit/Compliance and Superannuation

Your new roleAn opportunity exists for an experienced APS6 professional to join a Commonwealth organisation on a complex superannuation remediation project.
Working closely with the EL1 Project Manager, you will support the delivery of payroll remediation, audit and compliance activities, including:

- Conducting payroll audits and compliance checks
- Reviewing overtime, leave balances and transfer/portability entitlements
- Supporting resolution of legacy payroll issues
- Maintaining project plans, risk registers, sprint schedules and reporting
- Preparing high-quality correspondence, records and project documentation
- Working with managers, employees and stakeholders to support project outcomes
- Providing guidance to business areas on the superannuation remediation project

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will bring:

- Strong payroll, payroll remediation and/or audit experience, ideally within the APS or a comparable environment




- Extensive knowledge of Commonwealth superannuation calculation processes
- Strong compliance, analytical and attention-to-detail capability
- Project management qualifications or equivalent practical experience
- Robust written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of broader superannuation frameworks and APS payroll configuration will be highly regarded
