Registered Nurse - Aged Care

I’m partnering with a community-based not-for-profit provider to recruit four Registered Nurses. The roles are for a fully refurbished residential aged care home opening in December.

These are new positions, not replacements. The home already has a full waiting list, and residents will move in gradually. That means you can settle in, get to know the team and set things up properly from the start.

Main Duties

- Lead resident care on shift, including medication management
- Lead and support a small team of Care Leaders and AINs,



delegating safely
- Complete assessments, care plans and reviews, and act quickly on changes in condition
- Keep accurate clinical records and report incidents, including SIRS
- Work closely with GPs, hospitals, allied health and families
- Help set up clinical systems, routines and audits as the home opens

Essentials

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Residential aged care experience
- Working knowledge of the Strengthened Quality Standards and AN-ACC
- Confident making clinical decisions and leading a team on shift
- Full Australian Working Rights
