You’ll join a busy team and receive support and training while developing your skills across a range of accounts payable and administration functions.

The Role You will support the Accounts Payable function with accurate and timely processing of expenses, including:

- Inbound and outbound customer service enquiries
- Handling billing enquiries
- Email management
- High-volume data entry
- Coding and entering expenses
- Processing and entering invoices
- Matching and checking invoices
- General accounts payable administration
- Assisting with general office administration as required





About You We’re open to candidates ranging from junior applicants through to experienced Accounts Payable Officers. Ideally, you will have:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good data entry skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your accounts knowledge
- Previous or accounts experience is advantageous
- Confidence working with numbers and financial information
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
