ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager – Piling to join a leading specialist piling contractor delivering a multimillion-dollar commercial and infrastructure projects across Queensland.

This role will oversee multiple piling projects, including commercial basement retention works and TMR bridge projects.

Main Duties:

- Manage the planning and delivery of multiple piling projects (typically 2–4 projects at a time).
- Oversee CFA and bored piling works across commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Manage Design & Construct (D&C;) delivery, ensuring compliance with TMR specifications.
- Lead and mentor two Site Engineers, reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, commercial reporting and contractual obligations.
- Oversee subcontractors, quality assurance, health and safety, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of post-graduate experience in piling or civil construction.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager within the piling industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of CFA and bored piling methodologies.




- Demonstrated experience in Design & Construct project delivery.
- Familiarity with TMR specifications and bridge infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial management, leadership and communication skills.

Benefits:

- Salary: $160,000–$180,000 + super + Car, negotiable depending on experience.
