1. Receiving Deliveries: Coordinate and manage incoming deliveries of materials, equipment and supplies arriving on site.

2. Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and ensure materials are accounted for.

3. Materials Management: Organise, store and distribute construction materials, tools and equipment across the site.

4. Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to unload, move and position deliveries.

5. Delivery Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, transport companies and site personnel to coordinate delivery schedules and requirements.

6. Dispatch & Distribution: Manage the issuing and distribution of materials to site crews, ensuring items are available when required.

7. Inventory Reporting: Track stock movements, maintain delivery dockets and update inventory management systems.

Warehouse & Laydown Organisation: Maintain clean, secure and organised storage areas, warehouses and site laydown yards.

9. Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular stocktakes, identify discrepancies and report damaged, missing or low-stock items.

10. Site Safety & Compliance: Ensure all materials-handling activities comply with site safety procedures, including safe forklift operation, manual handling and housekeeping requirements.
