As Retail Supervisor your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships through clear and concise communication, comprehensive and reliable product knowledge, and use of initiative.

- The ability to maximise sales opportunities, by working with the management to coach, develop, and provide feedback to other team members

- Working closely with the management to ensure:

- The control and accuracy of inventory
- Supervision of maintenance and presentation of yard
- Ensuring staff refill and monitor stock from storeroom, storeroom to always be neat and tidy, stock to always be clearly on display
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
- Assist with the sourcing, selection and purchasing of new and existing product lines,



working with both new and established suppliers to maintain a competitive and relevant product range and help position the Company at the forefront of the garden and landscaping industry.

As Admin Support your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries

- Assisting in stock pricing and maintaining accuracy of inventory

- Performing a broad range of administrative tasks necessary for the effective delivery of operations ie. updating processes and procedures, updating pricelists, creating, and updating product signage

- Processing of creditor orders through TOWERS

- Processing of new products and pricing through towers

As a Stonehenge Team Member your shared responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing retail and wholesale sales and invoicing through our POS system

- Preparing and finalising customer orders and logistical coordination

- Cleaning and preparing landscape displays and yards

- Forklift loading and unloading where necessary
