Practical Information: As our new M365 Senior Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Cloud and Digital Workplace services across ANZ. You will oversee local and offshore delivery teams, drive service performance and capability development, and work closely with Sales, Presales, PMO, and Services Leadership to ensure high-quality customer outcomes, commercial discipline, and predictable delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:





Lead and govern the delivery of Azure, AWS, and Digital Workplace services across ANZ, ensuring engagements meet quality, commercial, and delivery standards.

Lead and develop local and offshore delivery teams, driving capability planning, coaching, utilisation, performance, and transparent career development pathways.

Partner with Sales and Presales during opportunity cycles to assess delivery feasibility, resourcing, effort, risk, and commercial viability.

Provide governance across service delivery, including project handovers, resource planning, escalations, delivery quality, project closure, and continuous improvement.

Act as a senior customer and stakeholder escalation point, supporting workshops, governance forums, steering committees, and key customer engagements.

Drive improvements across forecasting, resource planning, delivery processes, service maturity, partner performance, customer satisfaction, and operational alignment.

What we need to see from you

10+ years' experience leading Cloud, Digital/Modern Workplace, or Professional Services teams within complex enterprise environments.

Strong technical understanding across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Digital Workplace/EUC, networking, identity, and security.

Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams across onshore and offshore environments, with responsibility for capability, performance, utilisation, and service quality.

Strong commercial acumen with experience across Statements of Work, effort and cost modelling, margin protection, delivery governance, and PandL considerations.

Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales and Presales across solutioning, customer engagements,



delivery feasibility, and vendor or partner management.

Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Delivery, PMO, partners, and customers.

You bring enough technical depth to confidently challenge delivery approaches, identify risks, and guide complex Azure, AWS, and Digital Workplace engagements.

You thrive in a fast-moving environment and bring structure to forecasting, resource planning, governance, and service improvement.

You are collaborative and commercially minded, with the confidence to engage senior customers and bring Sales, Presales, PMO, and Delivery teams together around successful outcomes.
