This exciting role would suit an entry level person with a keen interest in Marketing!

We are looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Ballarat.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing team with hands-on experience across content creation, social media, events, internal communications and brand management.

Key responsibilities

- Moderate and administer our internal communications platform

- Assist with creating, editing and proofreading content for social media posts, blog articles, and marketing collateral

- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns

- Assist with planning and execution of events, promotions and trade shows

- Support the administration of the Marketing portal, including label management, order tracking, troubleshooting and stock coordination.

- Coordinate company merchandise, including stock management and distribution to branches.

- Respond to website enquiries, Google reviews and social media messages in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with market research and data analysis to identify engagement and collaboration opportunities

- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines

- Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

- A genuine interest in learning about marketing and all the fun stuff that comes with it!

- Solid written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail





- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively

- A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business

- Ability to problem solve and willingness to seek solutions and ask questions when required

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and content creation tools

- An eye for Graphic Design would be a great bonus

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Design or a related discipline, and/or relevant experience are desirable but not essential.
