About the Role

Working as part of our manufacturing team in Toowoomba, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly and fitting of a wide range of heavy-duty agricultural implements and earthmoving attachments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assembling mechanical components, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment

- Installing and fitting hydraulic systems, hoses, cylinders and associated components





- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions

- Using hand, power and workshop tools to complete assembly tasks

- Checking completed assemblies to ensure quality and correct operation

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

- Working efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines

About You

We are looking for reliable, mechanically minded people who take pride in their workmanship and enjoy being part of a productive manufacturing team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in machinery assembly, mechanical fitting, maintenance or a similar hands-on mechanical role preferred but not essential

- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or assembly instructions

- Experience using hand and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks

- A reliable, punctual and safety-focused approach to work
