They're looking for a senior civil engineer to step into a Principal or Associate Director role. You'd lead a team, guide less experienced engineers, and help win and grow client work. It's a genuine leadership role in a business that backs its people.

You'll bring a civil or structural engineering degree, RPEQ, Engineers Australia membership, 12+ years in civil engineering, and experience with TMR design standards.
