- Monday to Friday
- Only 1 in 6 Saturdays - paid on top of salary
- Coordinating and conducting routine inspections
- Preparing entry and exit condition reports
- Scheduling and attending open for inspections
- Liaising with rental providers and tenants
- Assisting with the processing of rental applications
- Salary + car allowance of up to $72,000 Package (dep on exp)

2. Experienced Leasing Consultant - South-East

- Monday - Saturday (Fridays OFF)
- Conducting open for inspections
- Communicating with tenants
- Managing tenant enquiries
- Processing applications
- Assisting with administrational tasks
- Salary paying up to $65K+Super (dep on exp)

Inspections Managers/Field Agent - Eastern Suburbs

- Tuesday to Saturday (Monday OFF)
- Attend open for inspections & routine inspections
- Attend & complete entry and exit reports
- Work closely with an experienced Property Management team
- Full training and support from an experienced team
- Salary package of $60,000

About You | Requirements

- Certificate IV in Real Estate (Must be Completed)
- Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)
- Previous Real Estate experience highly regarded
- Positive, can do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Customer focused mindset
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
