A prestigious Sydney boutique Family Law practice is seeking a Family Lawyer to join its established and high-performing team.

This firm maintains an excellent reputation, servicing sophisticated, high-net-worth clients and providing strategic advice on some of the most complex property and parenting matters in the market.

With heritage-style “old money” offices located on Elizabeth Street, this is an opportunity to work in a polished, professional environment that combines tradition with a modern, supportive team culture.

About the Team

You will join a well-structured and collaborative team that includes:

- A Specialist Director
- A talented Senior Associate and Associate
- Paralegal and administrative support staff

The firm places solid emphasis on mentorship, development, and excellence in client care, offering genuine opportunities to refine your advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills.

Salary & Features of the position:

- $160,000 - $170,000 ex Super Guide Range | with additional performance based monthly bonuses

About the Role : In this role, you will:

- Manage a mix of complex property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements,



and high-conflict disputes
- Work directly with senior practitioners on high-profile matters
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships
- Contribute to a positive, collegiate team environment

Requirements:

- 6 years’ PAE + in Family Law
- Experience handling litigation and complex files, or readiness to step up
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- A polished, client-focused communication style
- A professional, organised and proactive approach
- Comfortable aiming for 5 billable hours daily.
