Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pasta Chef and Pizza Chef to join our kitchen family. You will handle peak service hours with calm efficiency, maintain high food-safety standards, and bring genuine love for Italian cuisine to the pass.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, roll, and cook fresh pasta dishes from scratch.
- Hand-stretch pizza dough, manage toppings, and oversee oven flow and bake times.
- Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, cleaning, and HACCP standards.
- Work collaboratively with the head chef and kitchen team during busy lunch and dinner services.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience as a Pasta Chef and/or Pizza Chef in a commercial kitchen.
- Robust knowledge of dough fermentation, hand-stretching, and fresh pasta making.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evening services.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and passion for authentic Italian food.
