The Prospect

We’re looking for a hands-on Structures Foreman to join an established builder on a residential project in the Holland Park area of Brisbane.

The initial project is a $16M, five-storey development comprising approximately 30 apartments. Construction is already underway, with completion expected around May/June 2027.

Following this, you’ll have the opportunity to move onto a $30M Brisbane project, with plenty of further work in the pipeline.

You’ll be working closely with the Site Manager, overseeing structural works and coordinating trades to keep the project progressing.

Structures Foreman experience is preferred, although the builder is open to different levels of experience for the right person. You’ll need to be practical, proactive and happy to get involved in the day-to-day running of the site.

This Brisbane-based builder has been operating for decades, delivering projects across residential, multi-residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare construction.
Their current focus is primarily on residential and multi-residential projects, with a strong pipeline of work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Overseeing structural works, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, deliveries and daily site activities
- Working closely with the Site Manager to keep works progressing to programme

What You Bring

- Structures Foreman experience, or relevant site supervision experience with the ability to step up
- A forklift ticket is strongly preferred
- Traffic control tickets and/or dogman experience would be advantageous
