Millennium Glass is looking for a confident, driven Sales Representative to join our growing Gold Coast team!

We are a well-established, family-owned business specialising in the manufacture and installation of quality glass and aluminium products, including shower screens, mirrors, wardrobe doors, splashbacks, pool fencing, balustrades and architectural glass.

With a strong reputation, an established customer base and a consistent flow of incoming enquiries, we are looking for someone who can maximise existing sales opportunities while actively developing new business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of customer appointments, technical sales and relationship building.

The Prospect

As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed sale.

You will spend your time meeting customers, conducting site measurements, preparing quotations, following up opportunities and building relationships with new and existing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Converting incoming customer enquiries into confirmed sales.

- Proactively following up quotations to maximise conversion rates.

- Identifying and generating new business opportunities.

- Building relationships with homeowners, builders, renovators and industry professionals.

- Attending site appointments and conducting accurate measurements.

- Preparing detailed quotations and recommending suitable products.





- Providing qualified advice and exceptional customer service.

- Ensuring measurements, specifications and order details are accurate for manufacturing and installation.

- Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in our job management system.

- Working closely with our office, factory and installation teams.

- Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is motivated, organised and genuinely enjoys sales.

Ideally, you will have:

- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to convert leads and close sales.

- Experience within the glass, aluminium, building, construction or home improvement industry.

- Measuring and quoting experience, preferably with custom-made products.

- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Confidence working independently and managing your own appointments.

- A proactive approach to following up leads and generating new business.

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to teamwork.

- A current driver's licence.

Don't have glass industry experience?





While industry knowledge and measuring experience are highly regarded, we are willing to provide product-specific and technical training to the right person.
