AUSBLOX PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Packer - Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. This is a full-time position based in Kings Park NSW 2148. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, combining packing expertise with forklift operation to ensure efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and productivity whilst supporting the seamless flow of products through our warehouse facility.
Key responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately according to picking lists and customer specifications
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack and store goods within the warehouse
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labelling and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures
What we're looking for
- Current and valid forklift license or certification
- Proven experience in warehouse packing, picking or similar warehouse operations
- Experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
- Physical fitness to lift items regularly and work on your feet for extended periods
- Excellent safety awareness and commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and warehouse procedures
- Reliability and punctuality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing warehouse demands
