Key responsibilities

- Craft uniquely authentic travel experiences for clients

- Design bespoke itineraries

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Utilise GDS systems and wholesaler booking platforms

About you

- A genuine passion for travel

- Exceptional customer service skills with a vibrant, positive attitude

- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems

- Knowledge of travel products and destinations

- Personal travel experience that fuels your enthusiasm

- Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre preferred) and wholesaler booking platforms is a plus





- Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset

- A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and a sense of humour

- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude
