The Role

You’ll:

- Onboard recent clients & maintain strong relationships

- Support workflow planning & admin tasks

- Schedule meetings and follow up on outstanding client queries.

- Assist with clients with ATO payment plans, ASIC documents, and Structure Establishments

- Cover reception when needed

About You





- Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and make complex information easy to understand

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and happy to jump in where needed

- Comfortable with tech (Xero, Zoom, Gmail, Now Infinity)

- Prior experience working for a public practice firm is preferable.

- Reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
