Project Coordinator | Commercial Fit Out | Contract

About the opportunity
Our client is an established Design & Construct fit out contractor delivering high-quality office and medical projects across Australia.

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Melbourne team on a contract basis, supporting experienced Project Managers across commercial fit out projects valued up to $2M.

This is an opportunity to broaden your project delivery experience within a supportive, hands-on team.

What you’ll do

- Assist with reviewing, negotiating and finalising subcontracts
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project documentation
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day delivery, both in the office and on site
- Track project progress and help keep works aligned with programme and budget
- Support multiple projects across Australia

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial fit out with a head contractor
- Experience supporting projects valued up to $2M




- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
- Availability to work full time for the duration of the contract
