Who are we looking for?

We're searching for educators who bring more than just a qualification.

We'd love to meet someone who:





- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.

- Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual development.

- Understands the importance of positive interactions, emotional connection and respectful relationships.

- Is enthusiastic, reliable, professional and willing to contribute to a positive team culture.

- Enjoys creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences.

- Values teamwork, open communication and ongoing professional growth.

- Has an understanding of the EYLF, NQS and safe supervision practices.

- Holds or is willing to obtain the required Blue Card, Current GEKKO training and relevant First Aid qualifications.

Experience is valued, but so is potential!
