About the role
PRL Management is seeking a Real Estate Inspection and Maintenance Manager to join our team in SEQ. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our residential properties. As the Inspection and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for completing inspections across the entire portfolio, completing general handy jobs while onsite as needed, and ensuring that our portfolio meets the highest standards of property care. This role is essential to protecting our asset values and ensuring tenant satisfaction across our residential leasing operations.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinate and conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance requirements and property condition

- Develop and implement inspection schedules across the residential property portfolio

- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting property conditions, damages, and maintenance needs

- Liaise with property managers to coordinate repairs and upkeep

- Document and maintain accurate filing systems for all inspections and repairs

- Conduct entry and exit inspections to assess property condition

- Liaise with property managers and owners regarding maintenance issues and recommendations

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained
