Hunter Brandworx is looking for a highly organized, detail focused and proactive Sales Support person to join our team.

We specialize in helping businesses look their best through quality uniforms, workwear and branded promotional products. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment.

About the Role

You’ll play an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers have outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.

This is a busy, varied role where accuracy, attention to detail and taking ownership of your work are essential.

What You’ll be Doing

- Preparing accurate customer quotes and preparing job ready to be orders.

- Checking product details, pricing, quantities, sizing and branding requirements.

- Coordinating artwork approvals and ensuring all specifications are correct before production.

- Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding orders, lead times and deliveries.

- Following up outstanding quotes, orders and approvals.

- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales information.

- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.

- Identifying potential errors and resolving issues before they become problems.

Experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar role would be highly regarded. Experience in uniforms, workwear or promotional products would be an advantage, but is not essential.
