About the role

We seek a Factory all-rounder to join the team at our Croydon VIC 3136 location on a full time basis. In this versatile position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. As a Factory all-rounder, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in light steel mig welding, general factory duties and be able move between different operational tasks as required to maintain the smooth running of our facility.

Key responsibilities

- Light steel mig welding

- Support general warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures

- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

- Perform packaging and labelling tasks

- Maintain an organised working environment

- Support manufacturing and assembly tasks as required

- Assist with order picking and packing operations





- Respond to changing operational needs and priorities with a flexible, CAN-DO attitude

- Work collaboratively within our small team

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment

- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks

- Good attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with inventory

- Ability to work flexibly across multiple tasks and adapt to changing operational demands

- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues

- Reliability and punctuality

- Forklift certification

- Computer literacy is advantageous
