What you’ll be doing

- Identifying prospective customers and proactively following up enquiries to generate new business

- Understanding customers’ needs, interests and buying criteria to deliver the right solution

- Building strong relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

- Maintaining current knowledge of our vehicle range, products and services

- Driving Toyota for Life compliance

- Coordinating and delivering vehicles to customers

- Providing exceptional post-delivery support

- Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets

- Demonstrating Sci-Fleet’s values and supporting behaviours

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years’ experience in automotive sales or a similar sales-focused role





- A proven sales track record with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding targets

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- A proactive, motivated and results-driven approach

- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

- A willingness to continually learn, develop and improve your sales techniques

- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute positively to a high-performing team

- Alignment with our standards of being Respectful, On Show, Professional and Efficient, with a commitment to Continuous Improvement
