About the role

Reporting to the General Manager of Product Care and based onsite at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you will work directly with the General Manager – Product Care to facilitate the design of improvements to systems and processes that enable the Product Care program. Further duties within the role involve although is not limited to:

- A strong focus of design for the customer.
- Analysis of data to identify areas of process improvement in Australia and across international businesses.
- Develop business requirements and supporting documentation including process maps, test scenarios and user materials.
- Manage end-to-end system and process improvements with internal and external stakeholders including testing, implementation and post-implementation review.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of Third-Party vendor operational performance SLAs.

This is Full Time Parental Relief Contract for up to 12 months.

About You

Utilising your previous Business Analysis and Project Management experience you will possess strong communication and influencing skills to work with stakeholders to deliver projects.

You will also;

- Could travel interstate if and when required.




- A valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
- Strong Business Analyst skills, including but not limited to the creation and management of documentation.
- Project Management and coordination experience – Ideally within a system and process implementation environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work to timeframes in a highly pressured, autonomous workplace.
- Ability to synthesise, analyse and interpret large amounts of data.
- Strong attention to detail.
